The Music Focus

Hello everyone. I want to share that I am really focusing on my music and performing and so this blog will now reflect this. My CD "This Song We Sing" is now available through my site, and will be internationally available next week.

It will be on Itunes (national and international), Amazon.com, and more in one week.

I am now currently working with an incredible human being (and friend) DeDe Murcer Mofftt on scheduling shows and marketing. This woman is a powerhouse of love and light and I am honored to know her. We are also in the beginning stages of writing a musical. More on that soon.

I am finishing a duet that I wrote for her and I to perform in our concert: "Now I AM Here", and I love it. I will upload a demo to my Facebook "This Song We Sing fanpage" soon. I will also add it to my site as well.

I am also updating my site. I added a comment system and a twitter feed, and more to come.

I am here and I am grateful to have the breath to sing and to be connected with such wonderful souls.

Dancing with God - The Paradigm Shift

Though they seem separate, all relationships are dancing with God.


There is ONE, and that ONE is now expressing through us all, even when we are not aware of this. Be free in the knowing that no matter what you "think", you are now and forever cradled in the arms of love.

It is through limited understanding that we create the concepts of "many" and "time". And so even though our current evolved organizations may speak otherwise, there is only one GOD experience that is now happening.

We may label and define things as individual, but these are limited understandings created by the ego (or, by our world-created identities). But we are more.

We know that the deeper we peer into life the more unified our discoveries. And so anything that is perceived as separate is an illusion. And we are only asked to open up our minds so that the limiting filters within that are fracturing the ONE into pieces are surrendered. And through this surrender what we once thought of as separate is now realized as integral to the whole.

We are souls realizing that we are actually cells in the one body of God - simple. And it is only "hell" when we do not surrender to our expanding awareness.

Like birds gathering to rest on a ledge or deer sheltered under a canopy during a storm or sea turtles mating for "life" or "human beings" merging, creation is a perfect resonant symphony, and the rest is mind stuff.

We do not "have" to do anything but love God. And we do this by relinquishing our judgments so that God in all forms is realized.

ALL is God, and so mindlessly now all may be embraced as ONE.

Honor your body and find your balance; for just as without a projector there can be no movie, so to is it that without a body there can be no life.

When we learn to love our body we are now a microcosmic model of the macrocosm loving itself.

Eyes that SEE

Be not fooled by the appearances of the world.

Heart-gaze deeply and alertly into all that you experience and more than separate bodies, colors, definitions, and beliefs will be illumined.

The world is a mirror revealing your mind to you.

And so if you experience pieces in the world then realize that there are pieces within your understanding.

Let it all BE and you will now have "eyes that see."

12-19 inspirations

Hello ALL, here are few inspirations. I am going to focus more on sharing through this blog, seeing that I have been mostly only sharing through Facebook. Here are a few inspirations for the day. Also, i have joined twitter as "emptyfull" so let's follow.

Thank you God! Sing, write, speak, teach, laugh, dance, heal, and BE through me; thy will be done. Our will be done; for we are here now.



Life is an incomprehensible holographic orchestration of love not to be tethered, but freed.



It is not change but surrender that is to be our practice. For when we change we are only dancing in the mind and thus not realizing more than the mind. In a battle we are either defensive or offensive and thus we are are at war no matter what we experience. But, when we surrender the battle we become THAT which is more than battle, and we are free.

Listen to Your Body

Listen to your body, as it is always communicating with you what is directly occurring.

Today simplify what you intake through your senses such as the foods you eat, and the sounds and songs that you listen to, and also the images you view and this calmness within will then amplify the voice of the heart. Because when we follow the heart we are not just mere mortals, we are Eternal.

Love is not created, it is an eternal resonance of the one recognizing itself in creation. So keep opening to the One through gratitude for all and realize the love we now ARE. ♥

Your direct experience is your reality.

Your direct experience is your reality. So many mind-fantasies now abound that we forget our eternity and take vaccines for illusory and profitable dis-eases. And unless we are SELF-grounded these fantasies then pull intensely at our moorings, agitating the seas of relativity upon which we sail and we suffer. The body is in eternal dialogue so listen; for if the body does not resonate then the message is not real.

When we open to all being one, we now are the body and we are also more. And so aches, fevers, stiffness, chills, and more are all communications from and "to" ourselves from the one love that we are. We do not go crazy trying to understand every nuance, we just pay attention and this is enough. Again it is not about good and bad, it is about having more awareness. I have written about this in my first book: “From Suffering to Soaring”, and there is much more that will be shared in my next book "Realizing Our Beloved."

The point is that we are the body and we are more and so all that our body shares with us is like information "across" a bridge to us from the greater us, bypassing the mind. Being aware of our body is like checking our email from the ONE, and so we need to check our heart in-box.

It is our feelings that are less thought-driven and so they are the "clearest" way of interaction with SELF. What I have realized that it is not the dimensions of my mind that hold the key, but what I can currently taste, see, smell, touch, etc… which are my direct body experience. I can imagine infinity, yes, but why? As I AM Eternity and I only need to continue to listen and open up to the glory that we ARE. It is a slippery slope, but when we have a need to create a GOD we are now believing that we are less than whole (or holy), and so we journey into the hall of life and death mirrors, ad infinitum.
