transcending time to realize the present

Life is, no matter what we think. We may conjure infinite ideas, concepts, beliefs, analogies, hierarchies, religions, societies, and more explaining what life is and yet life is still more; for life is the ineffable experience of existing.

Realize that life is not a game to eventually define and tie down, it is an evolving expression of love to surrender to. In that when we cling to our current "tools" we are then also clinging to our past ideas of life, and the only past that exists is the artificial past that we overlay onto the present. Let me explain.

Life is an eternal flowering experience of wonder and awe that is timeless and free. And concerning time, there is no real future or past other than the those we create. The future is only a projected possibility that may or may not occur and therein is the illusion as we now tend to consciously reside in and even modify and employ this possible future when in reality it does not even exist. And there is also no past as the past is only a group of thoughts that we label as memory now created to justify our current limited and time-driven consciousness.

When we are in war we remember the strategies that support our campaign and not those memories that reveal the futility and so the illusion of time perpetuates. This is how we may never realize the present as we are continually overlaying our ideas of the past and the future onto the present moment. In reality the future and the past are always the present, though we distort and warp this awareness by filtering the NOW through our mind's illusory timeline. This is what creates the illusion of time because everything is really happening now.

What occurs is that we attempt to remember (or recreate) the past, and this "traveling" through our mind (or consciousness) shifts our awareness from the Now into our idea of the past. This is analogous to being on a ship on rough seas in a heavy storm and attempting to follow a distant light on the shore. Accuracy is not possible as the rising and falling of the waves is also lifting and lowering the ship "and" the source of the light. We have projected a geometric point back deep into the recess of our mind and like the light the point is veiled and distorted by our storms of thoughts and so we do not have an accurate "past". We also then through not realizing the wholeness of life hope and dream for a time in the possible future and this is then another projected point, but now "forward". We then attach these two points in our mind and a line is created. What is astounding is that we then "walk" along this imaginary timeline like an acrobat on a tightrope not realizing that it is all an illusion. This is how we may live our entire lives in our mind and never experience the present moment. We are so busy fighting our storms and supporting our tight-wires by staying aware of the past and the future that the Now is not experienced. We are also petrified that we may fall, but this is not real as we would only be falling in our mind.

If we do not pause long enough to be aware of more than our mind we then live in fear of falling from an imaginary height. Do you we see how this works?

Today we are here now in THIS the one true moment. Let us learn from the wisdom of our current energetic scenario that when we place too much of our attention on what was or what may be we are then not present; we are walking on the imaginary tightrope.

We do not need to remember anything, as the present moment is built upon life and reveals all that we now need. When we forget the roots does the tree topple? No. If we forget our childhood do we now disappear? No. We are here and life has retained all that we need as we are MORE than time. We also do not need to remember those that suffered or those that may suffer because people are here suffering NOW, despite what may have occurred or what might happen. Again, this propensity to project and constrict our awareness is not "right" or "wrong" it is a mechanic of consciousness which creates the illusion of separation.

Where we are aware, there we ARE.

Let us open our hearts to the understanding that all that we experience is a gift, and that this holy and timeless gift is realized through reverence for our life and through our surrender to the grander elements of the design that we are not aware of. It is through a continual surrender that we realize that all is provided no matter the time. When we stop trying to "fix" things, (when we surrender our tools) we now realize the glory that is. This is impossible for the mind to grasp as the mind experiences life through measure and duality so we need to realize more than mind.

Just as those on the battle field do not have the perspective of those not in battle so do those in time not realize the timelessness of love. To transcend the "duality battle" let us pause by any means we resonate, and in that pause we will realize being more than time.

It is the slightest of shifts when we let the "future" and the "past" be, but oh so integral to the realization of the one that we are.
