Let it Go

The value of life is not known until you let it go.

The value of anything is not understood until you let it go.

You do not have to literally throw physical things away, just the attachment; for it is the knowing that frees not the object or subject.

Honor what is in your life, be it object or lover because you have brought this to you in love. LOVE all that you know; it is the attachments that cloud your view. All that you know and are and are experiencing IS love.

The mind is the stage, not the world.

Let every idea go, even if you feel it is "it" or important. If you need it for wholeness then it is the most important thing to devalue.

The moment you hear yourself say you have found that something, you are then the furthest from that which you seek.

No thing is that which is not.

Desires are communications that reveal attachments no matter how evolved one feels they are, so honor and release.

War is within you.

Holy war is within you.

Angels are within you.

Demons are within you.

Global warming is within you.

Peace is within you.

Pain is within you.

Anger is within you.

Disease is within you.

Dissatisfaction is within you.

Uneasiness is within you.

Any idea or concept that speaks of less than wholeness is within you and not of you.

All experience is within you.

All IS you.

All is perfect.

Do not stop, keep going.

Deeper. More stillness until you know.

See not with the eyes and hear not with the ears and feel not with the skin and taste not with the tongue: know.

There is the propensity at this time for gatherings and collections within ancient beliefs and Dogmas that are at beautiful heights, but yet are still on a "path."

There is no path.

We are always here.

Know that the most powerful thing concerning this it to LET IT ALL GO at every "level" of understanding.

Don't root, flow.

All is balanced for there is no other way.

GOD is love.

GOD IS.

Reality exists to show you who you are so listen with all of your awareness.

Acceptance is freedom.

Gratitude is not judgmental.

Take all the energy you have invested into swirling concepts, ideologies, studies, histories, and let them go to be here NOW.

Be the bubbling fountain of love expressing itself within this exact moment and not an echoing loop of yesterday or tomorrow.

Now is the moment, the only moment to BE.

The Space We ARE

It seems I am still talking to myself. I am not out to teach, I just find myself writing.

The only way to know is to surrender the need to NO.

Why do we have sameness in our experience? Or to put it simply, what causes a rut in our life?

Why do we experience the same things over and over when life is a dancing eternal change?

What creates this limited and repeating scenario?

If life is forever anew then we can conclude the catalyst for sameness is within. There is an internal structure created from a narrow understanding that is attempting to contain one fragment of the whole which in-turn causes suffering as life struggles to free itself, as we struggle to free ourselves. We have placed so much of our being and energy into one fraction that we have become lost in an artificial world and time-line within the "rut", never realizing that we have stopped flowing with the eternal breath. We are then subjected to endless energetic circumstances, dramas, and beliefs that are not rooted in reality but in one's idea of reality. Are these circumstances worthy? Of course, because the design is immeasurable and always love, but much of what is gleaned would be naturally learned within a less turbulent flow of experience.

One can learn the waves by observing or panicked and up to the chin. They are the same waves, only the perception has changed.

Life is out to love, and it is how we accept the love that determines experience.

If we experience the same life over and over with the same type of friends and lovers and teachings it is because we have brought them into our reality through our belief systems which communicate through vibration. If you become a certain belief you can guarantee this resonate will draw the like unto itself; this is not mysterious, it is physics. This also explains how one’s belief can be continually fed and fueled and strengthened though energetic synchronization to where it is then a self-fulfilling, self-contained prophecy and not the river of life. As we resonate, those that resonate will be drawn to us.

We will draw to us each other according to vibratory signature or light signature. This can draw beauty to itself or illusion. We must remember to balance the noise with silence.

If we seek change and (r)evolution we change the belief through the observation we have the belief, it is as simple as that. Better yet, we believe nothing but what we experience with each breath; for life is alive and not to be caged into any box no matter the decoration or composite.

Time erases and the Sun replaces until we ARE.

Yes we can work with laws of nature with the understanding that these too are ephemeral. All we are to believe in is that EVERYTHING changes, and to appreciate this. We can employ certain relationships and structures for order amongst ourselves as long as we remain open and hyper-aware for the subtle beliefs that permeate our life.

Let everything Be and the many levels of illusion will work them selves out.

It is when we stop pulling on the knot that we can begin to loosen and unravel the cord.

Closed systems fail despite, their “spirituality.”
Tibet is a prime example.

All must recognize that it is interconnected and vital to the all.

Life doesn't believe; it is too busy doing.

A belief is an attempt at categorization and departmentalization of Is-ness.

As long as we remember that EVERYTHING is a stepping stone we continue.

It is when we try and tie down the wind or waves that we struggle.

A lightning bug dies in a jar.

Belief infers that somehow life has stopped long enough to be defined, when in reality only the exploration has stopped.

We know life from BEing life.

There is no need for conviction because there is nothing to believe.

Start up again. Throw it all up like the fall leaves and watch life carry the pieces back into the mystery. Let the actors return to their parts and continue observing, for the joy is in the observing not in the observed.

The gift is the experience.

The present is in the presence.

Celebrate the changes that continually pull and provoke for these are what keep us moving back into our self. How we understand life is how we experience it. If life feels confined and confused, then that is how we perceive it. Dismantle the belief system to allow life in and re-connect to larger and more mysterious relationships that are unending in complexity and order.

We do not have to know to know; this is the paradox (pair of docks) leading to the same body of being.

It is not the walls, windows, or doors; it is the space that creates the room, or the experience.

Space is not empty it is impregnated with every imaginable experience.

Meditate.

Space has no things for it is the womb of all things.

Sit with nature.

Space is wholeness because it is the mound and the hole.

Reflect in quietness.

Embrace Space. Become the Space we are by letting the beliefs and concepts go.

Pray.

And what remains after we are free of these “things”? The empty fullness of BEing.

God.

Release the thought-children and come back to the moment with open arms and senses until new children pause, play, and proceed off again.

A vibrant, golden-haired child is walking along a winding river when a glistening flat stone catches their eye. Instantly they bend, grasp, straighten, and hurl the stone into the clear, blue water watching it skip several times before submerging - delighted. The child threw the stone and is continuing down along the river, in the river of life. This is life being life. This was spontaneous. This is beautiful. This is freedom through expression. Only the mechani
cal laws of thought were needed to move the body and act upon the moment, nothing else is required. We are free to be, always: Now. All is provided.

An older person is walking along a river and sees a flat stone. They do not act upon the request of the moment but continue to think and thus the flow stops and time lengthens. They ask questions based on stagnant and deteriorating beliefs that are not based or grounded in presence, and the moment fleets like sand through fingers. They ask "Should I pick up that lovely stone? Maybe I should throw it in the river. No, I am too old to do that sort of thing, what if someone sees me? This rock is placed here by God in harmony and I should let it lie. What would a monk do? What would Jesus do? Maybe I could take it home and paint something wonderful on it? I used to love to paint. I remember when I was young when we used to throw stones down into the well on the farm." From this perspective we can clearly see how the beliefs formed the thoughts which assisted in the artificial time-line that created a bubble.

Thinking creates time: it creates a line between what was and what may be; and now like a tightrope one walks forever along this alternate reality unsure and fearful of the fall, when in reality there is no tightrope. And what is amazing is that as we walk they continually recreate the past and future points that sustain the time-line, forever crossing an imaginary expanse in an illusionary bubble without even realizing.

Pierce the belief and the bubble will burst.

Why does a monk or do certain people seem at peace, or enlightened? How are they calm and happy in a world filled with complexity, pain, disease and war? Are they superhuman and different then the rest of the world? No. They are us. Then what is the difference?

By delving into themselves through meditation, solitude, nature, or a form of quiet reflection they have through observation understood, cleared, and healed the mind.

By creating space within they have become that space.

We are intelligent space. This is not abstract, it IS.

We can now realize that the more we empty the fuller we become.

We are consciousness experiencing itself through vibration: material forms.

We are always free even when we do not remember. There is nothing to fear.

Just remember to continually let go and to create space in your life so you can remember you are that space. How incredible!

If we sit without moving, doing, or even thinking we are still aware, right? So we are then nothing that we are then able to observe.

We are the observer.

We observe from quark to quasar; from glitch to God. Anything we observe is not us. If we can see it, hear it, touch it, taste it, feel it, it is not us. It is vibration, and we now understand that we are before the vibration observing the interplay.

When we are free of trying to do, then we just, we just ARE. We IS.

We are not "weighed down" with the burdens of collection but are en"light"ened and present enjoying the experience.

Be.

A Fenceless Now

Do you ever consider the reason that we segregate ourselves within ourselves? Do you ever wonder how and why a certain fence within was constructed? Are we holding something in or blocking something out? Is it important to continually evaluate a fence? Yes. Maybe now is the time to observe fences.

I find it interesting that we effortlessly own a thought about a tree, or going to the grocery store, or even a deep and involved philosophical or so-called spiritual discussion; but, when we have an abstract or inspirational thought we label and categorize it as mystical or angelic and not an “us” thought. Is it due to it coming from beyond, beyond a fence?

Are humans incapable of profound and insightful thoughts? Of course we are not. Are we content to stay within the fence? It does not seem so. It is interesting to note that happy animals do not require a fence; for it is love that creates the flow of life, not the restriction. If the animal stays or strays it is proportionate to the love experienced and not because of a fence. A fence may be a cage without a ceiling or a safe arena for growth. A fence may be built upon fear of the unknown, or the known. A fence may be a blood-clot in the running green veins of nature or the current stratagem of survival. I understand the value of a fence when perceived from different levels of self understanding. I have also tasted the inexpressible when they are surpassed.

Let us examine an impetus for constructing fences.

Ask yourself, are we less than the thoughts we have? Are we meant to be confined within a certain area of experience and that is all? Are the limits placed upon us by some unknown entity, or, have we placed these limits upon ourselves? You may not see a leg in the dark, but if you shine a flashlight it is there. Because we can not see the path over the hill does not mean it does not exist. A great quote is “the grass is always greener on the other side.” This is so powerful in that it creates a resistance to continually running for satisfaction, and yet it plants a seed of wanting to know more of what we are.

Today we know that we are energy, and something even beyond. We have proven this to the point that we are able know now, and this is amazing!

We know now.

We now know.

Imagine how many fences disappeared as we accepted this understanding about energy. Imagine the freedom felt by the countless confined in a fence of mortality. Feel the power when you hear that we are unending, limitless energy. Now feel the friction of those still holding on as the fences dissolve back into potential nothingness. If one is not ready for new expanse they will only cover there eyes and senses as the fences are dismantled.

Do you see how life is created by levels of fences?

We are non-local energy at play.

We are limitless, so why the limitations?

Are not the thoughts and feelings coming from within us our own non-local experience? Imagine the amount of fences that will disappear when we own everything. Imagine the stillness when we stop sending energy into imaginary place-holders and we experience all that we are here, now. Can we become adept at recognizing fences, and therefore freeing ourselves of them? Do we want to? Are we ready? These are good questions.

A fence creates the lesson.

There is a time when a toddler realizes he can open the sliding-glass back door, a gate to him or her, and then unknowingly he has entered a larger gated backyard. Now the backyard is ALL to the toddler, it is everything. It is newness and adventure and discovery until one day he realizes that there is more on the other side of the backyard fence. Now he does not get angry that he was enclosed; he is so immersed in the more of new experience that all that was associated with the backyard fence has evolved into the new space of experience. Could this be entering Heaven as children? Can we experience new experience without attaching all the baggage? The child’s attention is now observing the opened space beyond the fenced in backyard, free to be without all the yesterdays and tomorrows.

We also can ascertain that we have created psychological fences through our development so as not to lose a sense of identity as we expand into mystery. Even as children we think there is a Santa Claus until we realize it is our parents behind the scenes, and then one day, it is now us who is giving gifts to our loved ones. Do you see how this works? We eventually must find and observe every fence as we experience this experience; for when we are able to observe the fence, we are then able to realize that what we observe is not the true observer and the fence is then a non-fence.

We must love every fence to continue to flow.

The thing is that we can really love a fence and worship a fence and the space that we are confined in until we think that what we know is everything. We can paint a fence and whatever else we can think of to a fence, but it still a fence; and when we own the fence, and are then able to observe it unhindered, the fence becomes a non-fence.

How poor a design would be if one was expected to measure every part of their experience against an unknown acting catalyst; this is the playground of insanity. This is akin to being placed in a pool and asked to define only the water that has fallen from the sky – it is all water no matter its origination. You are in the pool therefore the pool IS your experience. Is it not all the same experience that is flowing through our conceptual structures of understanding? Water that passes through a colored lens may appear to change color but it is still the same water. Why do we have a need to partition parts of ourselves as invisible, individual, and conveniently unreachable fragments? What has caused us not to own our entire experience?

When did we create angels and others residing in mysterious dimensions to save us instead of saving and owning ourselves? Do you see the profound implications to this thought and to its possible unraveling? Furthermore, can we now be done with this fragmentation knowing that is has served well? Do we feel that we have benefited and may now return to whole being? Do you see that we are not working with and discovering new creations and aspects of GOD; we are only re-experiencing the aspects of ourselves that we separated into from a de-evolved state of being. It is vital that this simple idea be allowed to gestate within this dissolving menagerie as we embrace more of what we are instead of deepening into the illusion.

We learn and expand from every experience, yes? And I celebrate this. I can only share my experience, and it is that all is us through the understanding that everything that we experience is us; is me; is you, is one, is no-thing. Each thought, each feeling, each experience just is. We can, and have imagined and created intermediary beyond intermediary and this is fine; but again know there is an alternative – a direct route to truth.

There is a fenceless existence.

There is no one but you, so own it. There is only one. A fence can divide land as well as layers within our psyches and selves. There is only one and a fence delimits the experience.

It is interesting to note that when we meet someone we have a barrage of information to access and gather and memorize as we eventually connect with them. But after we do know them and feel them we do not need definitions or even words. We are happy to just be with them and talk or not talk. We are in a fenceless moment. We are now, and there is an unspoken language that conveys all that we feel to them. It seems the more we share the less we need to use words and fences to define the other. Love runs freely into and out of itself.

So all that I seem to be rambling and writing here is that when we have a new experience, or as we rediscover more of ourselves, be observant to the fact that we as a species tend to create placeholders for the new and mysterious information instead of knowing that the experience is only another aspect of who we truly are.

Just as we spring board through the observance of illusory teachings (all truly serving a grander purpose than we are able to grasp) it will benefit us greatly if we realize that we will only at some point be doing the same to all the imagined and created realities that we have created by not owning our experience as our own.

What are we saying, and why?

I have observed over the past years certain words in my vocabulary infrequently used, if used at all. I have also realized the importance of what I say and why I say it, or don't. This also leads to saying less and hearing more. Just as a chick's feathers fall away and make room for the mature feathers, so do old-world words as our awareness expands. I have realized that there are words we language that are not self-serving for us now. There are words we speak unconsciously in all conversations. We say rehearsed and memorized quotes, topics, and subjects that are as a dead as the printed words from whence they derived. We may not have read them personally but the person we are speaking to has. We ask questions without really listening for an answer. We say things without even listening to what we are saying. We are acting our lines from scripts that have been handed to us through the collective society. We are the sum of what has stuck to us.
There are words we say automatically like playing a recorded message instead of answering or speaking from within the spontaneity of the moment. We have filled our conversations with disempowering phrases and anecdotes that convey absolutely nothing. We rarely share anything real outside of our philosophical clutches. We need to step outside of our "box of tricks" to receive and enlightened angle, or angel. We need to step beyond our limited sense of self to have true conversations. We rarely share epiphany. We use words such as should, or could, or might, or wish, or luck, that have very little gravity and too much inertia to get carried away in. These are words that are not grounded in being. These are words that reside in tomorrow or yesterday. Instead of saying "I should have gotten to work on time"; denoting variables unending, you would say "I will be on time for work from now on." Can you feel the difference? Do you feel the sturdiness? Do you feel the roots below your feet? The first statement is full of insecurity and doubt and lacking confidence while the latter is grounded and with purpose. With self-awareness comes awareness of what one is thinking and then saying. What we say is just a tangent thought.
With such a simple change of words our entire attitude changes, the thoughts are silenced and the heart finds a voice. We shift into another space. The power lies in the time to take silence and reverence to receive the new as we speak to each other. If we stop the program we will hear the truth in-between. We will find happiness in knowing what we are saying and not saying.
